Have you ever wanted to try circus? Now's your chance!

Experience all things circus in our First Flight classes! This class will give you a taste of what to expect from our Circus Arts classes with foundations in our warm ups,  tumbling, ground skills, and aerial skills. This class is perfect for those on the fence about signing up for classes, and want to try it first. The First Flight classes are divided according to age, and will be adapted appropriately for the skill levels in the room.

Each First Flight class is $15 and students who sign up for the full term after the class will get 20% off the full class price!

FAQs

  • Yes, you can but we do ask for at least 24 hours notice. Please email our general inbox at hello@actorsgymnasium.org and we can help you find a new date to fly!

  • First Flight is meant to be a taster class of our Circus Arts classes. In the class, instructors will lead a warm up, give an intro to The Actors Gym, and try to fit as many apparatuses & ground skills as time allows. Skills that could be taught include: silks, trapeze, lyra, spanish web, juggling, stilts, rolling globe, and others.

  • Yes, we require that parents/guardians of First Flight students (under 15) stay on site and near the classrooms. Parents/guardians are responsible for taking their child to the restrooms during class time if the child is not able to use the bathroom independently.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for missed First Flight classes. Please let us know that if you are unable to make it to the class and we can help you reschedule!
