Memberships are billed monthly, with no annual contract, and you can cancel anytime. The "founding year" just means your founding rate is locked in for twelve months. You're never committed beyond the current month.

Studio Pass gives you four classes a month, about once a week. Unlimited lets you train as often as you'd like. If you come more than about six times a month, Unlimited is the better value.

Beginner classes are open to all adults, no experience needed. Advanced classes are higher-level and require instructor permission. The Advanced membership includes everything, both beginner and advanced.
