Entertainment packages are customized for every client and event. We provide performers for budgets ranging from $300 – $50k+. With a roster of talent in Chicago and across the country, we are sure to have something to suit your event!
Our minimum rate per performer is $300. Environmental performers start at $160/hr after the minimum, and stage acts start at $500 per act. Rates vary based on performer, schedule, location, and specific client needs.
As your guests enter, a juggler points the way to the coat check, a painted living statue greets them as they enter the cocktail lounge, and a contortionist astounds them as they mingle with other guests. A walking globe performer ushers everyone in for dinner, and as the fun continues, a stilt walker passes by with a sign reminding them to bid on silent auction items.
These are just a few of the ways our environmental performers can bring your event to life. Most skills can be offered as environmental entertainment—from magicians to aerialists—who will stroll through the crowd or hang beautifully amongst them. Environmental performers can entertain your guests from 1-4 hours with breaks.
Ground and Aerial Acts
Warm up the crowd for a presentation with a spectacular stage show of acrobats, hand balancers, and a magician. Command the attention of a full room with an aerialist performance before your guest of honor or CEO.
Our set performance acts feature awe-inspiring performances on the ground or in the air. Acts can be artfully choreographed to music, or scripted to incorporate your company’s message at a trade show or conference. Individual acts can stand alone at 3-7 minutes or be part of a longer presentation, and can be customized to suit your needs. For aerial acts, rigging is required.
Rigging specialists are available through The Actors Gymnasium, and can rig to your existing ceiling—if it is sufficiently high and weight bearing— or bring our own free-standing aerial rig. Silks, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Trapeze, Spanish Web, Straps, and Cloud Swing are among the apparatus available.
