Memories that last a lifetime

Of the dozens of programs we offer to kids each year, our camps stand out as the most immersive and popular of them all. They’re perfect for young performers who want to strengthen, stretch, and flex their creative muscles.

The experience, kids tell us, is nothing short of transformational.

Action-Packed Days

Each day begins with a warm-up, followed by training and workshops in circus, drama, and movement.

Students learn circus and aerial skills: juggling, tumbling, trapeze, tightwire, stilts, and more, and there’s no experience necessary to join!

Outstanding Instructors

Our instructors are led by Artistic Director Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi, a second generation circus performer who grew up touring with various circuses, including Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey. 

In 2019, she and her family, The Hernandez Troupe, were inducted into the Circus Ring of Fame for their monumental contributions to the world of circus.

Summer Camps 2020

In-Person Camp

Mondays through Fridays 9am – 4pm

Session 1: July 6 – 17
Session 2: July 20 – 31
Session 3: August 3 – 14

$800 for each two week session. Financial aid available. For incoming 4th graders and older.

Note: We have currently only released a limited number of spots in each summer camp session. If the session you want is sold out, we encourage you to add your name to the waitlist, since we will likely be able to open additional spots soon.

In order to ensure social distancing, each session’s capacity is limited to just a handful of groups limited to ten people or fewer.

 

We are working closely with the city to follow all of their health guidelines and restrictions. In addition to the general health protocols we’ve detailed here, we’ve put additional measures in place specifically for camps:

  • Dedicated equipment will be assigned to individual students for the duration of camp, where possible. In cases where this is not an option, equipment will be sanitized between uses, where possible.
  • Each camp group will receive a designated, separate drop off location on Maple or Noyes.
  • Lunch times will be staggered.

Does my child need any previous experience?

Nope! We welcome beginners and experienced circus artists alike.


For in-person camp, can my child be in the same group as one of their friends?

Yes! There’s an option to identify a friend in camp when filling out the emergency info form. However, due to the limited group sizes, we may not be able to accommodate every request.


What is your refund policy?

All camp sales are final. Refunds will only be offered if the program is canceled before its start date.
